As a close friend of our own Nicole Dean, who introduced her to the industry, Ella joined the company in 2021 after leaving her post as a Primary School Teacher.

She has such a huge passion for her job and loves to be able to help clients find the best solutions to suit their needs, which she does brilliantly!

Ella is our most qualified Estate Planner and has been accepted as a full member of STEP ( Society of Trusts and Estate Planners) and has been awarded her TEP (Trust and Estate Planner) status. This is one of the highest levels of qualifications for professionals working in this area. 

It’s Ella’s role at the Will Guys to quality assure the estate planning advice that our Will Writers give to make sure that we continue to offer the amazing quality service you’d expect – and you really couldn’t have anyone more brilliantly clever to do the hugely important job of protecting your loved ones.

Outside of her busy work life, she has a small holding where she tends to 1 dog, 2 rabbits, 40 chickens, 2 turkeys and a peahen! Ella is also a passionate gardener and has a small flower farm from which she provides locals with seasonal British flowers.
