David Johnson | Estate Planner

David brought 15 years of dedicated experience in the elderly care sector to the team when he joined us in 2021. Transitioning into his role as an Estate Planner was a natural progression; his extensive background gave him a deep empathy and a practical understanding of how vital later-life planning is for families.

Originally a client of Darren’s, David was inspired to make this career leap after experiencing our work firsthand while setting up his own Will, mortgage, and protection. He hit the ground running, applying his lifelong passion for supporting others to safeguarding our clients’ futures. When asked what he loves most about his role, his answer is simple: “The people, without a doubt. I love helping people.”

Outside of the office, David enjoys spending time with his family, hanging out with his sausage dog, and cheering on Newcastle United.

What Clients Say About David

Jemma, Kent

“I came across David from an NHS Facebook group. I was originally looking for a Will for my mother in law and ended up creating one for myself too and passing his details onto family who have also gone to make Wills for themselves. David made the whole process so easy to understand and even helped us do a Lasting Power of Attorney. Throughout the whole process David has become more than my Will guy, he’s become a friend and I highly recommend him“

Mr & Mrs Yorke, Berwick upon Tweed

“David was very informative and helpful. He talked us through the process and we would both recommend him”

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. If you’re looking for professional, trustworthy advice and assistance with Wills, Trusts or Lasting Powers of Attorney, I would highly recommend Damen Mullen at The Will Guys.
Damen recently helped us arrange a Will and Lasting Power of Attorney for my disabled relative, and the whole process was seamless from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly and patiently, ensuring we fully understood the arrangements and felt comfortable with every decision.
His professionalism, knowledge and compassionate approach made what could have been a complicated and daunting process feel straightforward and stress-free.
We also found their pricing to be very competitive, which was an added bonus.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Damen and The Will Guys to anyone looking for expert, reliable and compassionate support with Wills, Trusts or Lasting Powers of Attorney.
