I’ve been dedicated to customer service since I was 16 years old. Most recently, I spent six years with Tesla, where I honed my skills in a high-intensity, world-class environment. While I loved the fast-paced nature of the motor trade, I found myself craving a return to what truly matters: making a genuine difference in people’s lives.

I wanted to move away from corporate pressure and toward a role where I could provide a meaningful, supportive experience for people. The Will Guys was the perfect fit. I’m here to ensure that every client feels heard, helped, and completely at ease, all while maintaining the healthy work-life balance that allows me to give my best to the team every day.

When I’m not at work, I am a frequent traveler with a particular love for Scotland, though my ultimate “bucket list” goal is to explore Japan one day. On a quiet evening, there is nothing better than relaxing on the sofa with a good movie and my cat.
