As the wife of our founder Darren, Lisa has always played an integral role at The Will Guys. In 2018, she made the decision to leave her position at Northern Counties School to take over the day-to-day operations of The Will Guys.

Lisa believes our success is driven by our exceptional team. We’ve built a large, dedicated group of advisers and administrators, each one selected based on personal recommendations. This method ensures that our team is not only highly skilled but also shares our collective drive and determination.

As a family-run business, we infuse our family values into every decision we make. This approach ensures that our clients remain at the heart of everything we do, enabling us to consistently deliver outstanding customer experience. Together, we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes for each and every one of our clients. In essence, we’re one big family working together to support and uplift our clients.

In her spare time, Lisa enjoys spending time with her friends and family, walking in the countryside with her dogs Betsy and Olive and going holiday.
