Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. If you’re looking for professional, trustworthy advice and assistance with Wills, Trusts or Lasting Powers of Attorney, I would highly recommend Damen Mullen at The Will Guys.
Damen recently helped us arrange a Will and Lasting Power of Attorney for my disabled relative, and the whole process was seamless from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly and patiently, ensuring we fully understood the arrangements and felt comfortable with every decision.
His professionalism, knowledge and compassionate approach made what could have been a complicated and daunting process feel straightforward and stress-free.
We also found their pricing to be very competitive, which was an added bonus.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Damen and The Will Guys to anyone looking for expert, reliable and compassionate support with Wills, Trusts or Lasting Powers of Attorney.

FREE BASIC WILLS FOR ALL NHS STAFF

No fuss or jargon, just Wills written by experts

The Will Guys offers a fresh way of delivering Wills to customers; without all the fuss and cliches associated with ‘old school’ Will Writers (so we’ve heard).

Many people put off making a Will because death isn’t fun to talk about and because making a Will seems complicated, confusing and expensive.

Having a Will is ESSENTIAL, whether you’re 25 or 95. Without a Will in place, you have no control over what happens when you’re no longer here – your children, your property and your finances.

We know how hard the NHS works to look after us, so this is our way of saying thanks – no catch, we don’t ask for a penny for our time or expertise. We simply ask you to cover our postage cost.

So please complete your details at the link below & let my team put your mind at rest.

Expert advice from our friendly Will writers

Why DO I NEED A WILL?

Not having a Will causes all sorts of problems for your family and people left behind. It could mean that some or all of your inheritance either goes to the wrong person or to the state.

Making a Will enables you to plan exactly what will happen to your property and belongings (estate) following your demise. This ensures that those you would like to benefit actually do so, in accordance with your wishes. At the same time avoiding any possible disputes between family or relatives.

WHAT TYPE OF WILL DO I NEED?

Unfortunately, there is not a one size fits all Will solution, everyone’s situation is unique to them and your Will should be written to reflect this.

We can provide help with Wills, Trusts, Long Term Care Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Estate Planning and Funeral Plans.

What ARE THE COSTS?

*We are pleased to be able to offer a FREE Will writing service for all Key Workers as our way of saying “Thank You”.There is a small charge to cover postage costs of £13 for a Single Will and £18 for a Mirror Will.

Further estate planning may be recommended, this would be optional and would be charged at an additional cost.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR A FREE WILL?

All NHS staff are eligible for a FREE basic will.
